AllSpace is a design and innovation company creating practical housing and community solutions for displaced and underserved communities across Africa.
We combine architecture, modular design, material innovation, and community participation to create spaces that respond to real needs. We also explore better ways to use materials that would otherwise be discarded, turning waste into useful building components and products.
But our work is not only about what we build. We build with people, involving communities in the process so that their knowledge, needs, and experiences shape the spaces created for them.
Because a good space is more than four walls and a roof. It should provide safety, functionality, dignity, and room for people to move forward.

Every AllSpace project begins with understanding the people, place, and problem before we decide what to build.
Step 01
Listen, Learn & Observe
We take time to understand the community, its environment, everyday challenges, and what has or has not worked before. We listen first because the people living with a problem often understand it better than anyone else.
Step 02
Design With Intention
We design around real constraints, including cost, climate, available materials, transportation, and community needs. We test our ideas against one simple question: does this actually work for the people who will use it?
Step 03
Build Together, Leave Something Lasting
Where possible, we involve local residents in the building process, sharing practical skills and creating a stronger sense of ownership. We want our projects to leave more than a structure behind, they should also leave knowledge, confidence, and something the community can build on.

Real projects. Real communities. Real impact. Our work began with a single modular home at Ichiwa IDP Camp in Benue State. Since then, we have continued to test, improve, and expand our approach across displaced communities in Nigeria.

Where an Idea Became Reality
1 Modular Home Delivered
Our first project. A single home built using recovered materials in Benue State. It gave us the opportunity to take an idea into a real community, work alongside residents, and learn what it takes to create a solution that works beyond the drawing board.
Durumi IDP Camp · Abuja, FCT
Building With the Community
8 Modular Homes Delivered
At Durumi, we moved from one prototype to a larger deployment. Residents participated in the construction process, gaining practical skills while helping create the homes they would live in.
New Kuchingoro · Abuja, FCT
Taking the Model Further
13 Modular Homes Delivered
Our largest deployment to date. The project built on lessons from our earlier work and showed us that our approach could reach a larger displaced community while continuing to involve residents in the process.
